What is the difference between a PID and a MUD tax?

Most of League City has a MUD and that is another taxing authority added on the the county, city, school, etc. It usually never goes away. And a PID is almost the same except it is calculated on the land sq. ft. and it is always the same amountt every year and it can pay off after a set time. It can be paid by monthly, yearly or all at once. It usually is around a 7% interest rate for the duration of the pay off.

Permalink | Comments

Feb 08 Market Updates for the Clear Lake area

Clear Lake Area 7
